Except for the tours and evening functions, all Conference Sessions, Posters, Luncheons, Banquet, etc will be at the Holidome. Any of the above modes of communication may be used to contact the Holidome prior to and during the Conference. General information and questions about the Conference should be directed to the American Institute of Baking, the Conference Co-chairs or by Inet mail as indicated below.
